RETURN POLICY

If you’re not fully satisfied with your artwork, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Because custom MossBoss NYC pieces are made-to-order and created to each client’s specifications, custom artwork is not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If your artwork arrives damaged in transit, contact us immediately and we’ll work with you to resolve it.

Premade artwork purchased online or in the studio may be returned within 14 days of purchase in original condition.
